This will include claim submission and review, dedicated A/R follow up and EOB's posting. Weekly calls with your team & daily, weekly and monthly reports to breakdown financial projections, collection ratio and any important info claim notes for your review.
Our minimum monthly charges are for offices with under $40k with insurance collections.
Dental offices with insurance collections up to $100,000 per month.
Dental offices with insurance collections over $100,000 per month. Collections up to $100,000 are billed at 3.5 %, Anything between $100k and $150k are billed at 3.0%

Claim submission is done daily; all appropriate radiographs and narratives are attached to ensure prompt payment. Narratives are crafted from your clinical notes and carrier-specific requirements are referenced when determining applicable radiographs and other documentation
Our main objective is to keep your outstanding claims to a minimum. Each outstanding claim is worked diligently every 7-10 days until paid. A detailed spreadsheet is kept to track our progress and is available for your office to view.
We properly post insurance checks and calculate write-offs. Paper checks and EOB’s are scanned by your office and posted by us within 24 hours. EFT’s are posted and reconciled. Proper notes can be made in patient ledgers describing any leftover balance.
We provide customized emails detailing our hard work everyday! We will curate emails daily, weekly and monthly giving a snapshot of your financial details, claims, appeals and your KPI's
Your dedicated team will meet with you weekly to review any hurdles, questions and specifics regarding claims or work flow. This will only take about 15 minutes!

Our contracts are only month to month! We only ask that you give us a 30 day notice if you choose to discontinue services for any reasons. We know that things change and never want you to feel tied down!

Yes! Our team has tailored appeal letters that have been proven to overturn appeals and will submit up to 3 appeals on your behalf to make sure you get what is rightfully owed to you!
Intuitive will do 99% of the work, however we will ask that your in house staff dedicates about 10-15 minutes daily to Intuitive. This would be responding timely to any emails from my team, sending any paper insurance checks over to us using our secure program called ShareFile, and attending weekly 1:1's!
